An exceptional combo to organise a MERMAID theme party!

The combo includes a Mermaid cake and 18pcs Mermaid cupcake with loan of a transparent acrylic cupcake tower ($500 refundable deposit is payable for loaning the tower).

The cupcake tower will have to be returned to our Lai Chi Kok studio within 2 days.  The deposit will be refunded when the tower is returned undamaged.  The deposit will be deducted $50 per day if the cupcake tower is returned to us late.

English name and message will be put on a fondant plate separately for you to place on the cake.

The combo includes a Classic Unicorn cake and 18pcs Unicorn cupcake with loan of a transparent acrylic cupcake tower ($500 refundable deposit is payable for loaning the tower).

An elegant design with piping cream decoration in vintage style.  We offer pink and ivory white colour for this design.

CRIANZA
Made from Tempranillo and Garnacha grapes, reminding of red and black berries with hints of vanilla, chocolate and licorice that blend with fine, smoky final notes.

VARIETIES
80% Tempranillo and 20% Garnacha from our own vineyards in Badarán.

TYPE OF PRODUCTION
This product stays in American oak barrels with a toasty background for 12 months and rests for another 12 months in the bottle before being released to the market.

TASTING NOTES

• Appearance: Bright cherry red with maroon hues. Clean, with upper-middle robe
• Aroma: Aromas of red and black berries with aging notes, vanilla, balsamic chocolate and a varietal background.
• Palate: It has a nice attack in the mouth with certain notes of licorice, well blended fruit tannins and a fine smoky finish. Balanced, wide and tasty

As there are chocolate ganache and fondant layer, fondant cakes are heavier than butter cream cakes.
